Expertise Media safeguards Live Info clients future
Creative, print, and direct mail specialist Expertise Media Ltd has acquired all rights to the Nimoi product range, including software, licenses and marketing materials. The Nimoi product was formerly owned by Live Information Systems, and has a prestigious client base including Aggregate Industries, Oxford Hotels and Inns, Herald Inns and Bars, and Corporate Telecommunications.
As part of the deal, all existing Live Information Systems staff involved in the development and support of the Nimoi platform have been transferred to Expertise Media Ltd to form a New Media team known as Live Expertise. Additionally, Expertise Media Ltd have purchased the hosting facilities used to deliver hosted solutions for the Nimoi product range, and have achieved a seamless transition for clients using those facilities.
